PharmacyEscrow.com has top notch service. I was new to the HCG diet protocol and was unsure how to order the product. After researching other dieters info, and the common thread with everyone was PharmacyEscrow.com. They are reputable and sell authentic products. Customer Service is friendly, super courteous and very patient with your questions and concerns. The product arrives packaged well and you get exactly what you pay for!

Review of HCG Pregnyl order process

Your website is very easy to navigate and all the information was presented to comparison shop before placing the order. Once satisfied with my selection, the check-out process, as well as the medical questionnaire were simple to complete. I had no problems with completing my application/order. I did have occassion to instant chat with the staff due to the fact that my credit card did not authorize right away and I found the instant on-line chat very useful. The representative was able to make sure I was not double-charged for my order in only a few minutes, which was great, it was very convenient! I also checked the status of my order with a reprensative over the phone and also found them very helpful and quite pleasant. It took my order 17 business days to arrive, which was within the estimated time frame provided on the website. I also appreciated the email updates about the status of my order, as well as the tracking number given, once the product was shipped. However, it would have been nice if a a note was included on the tracking email which stipulated that the tracking number would not be active until the package reached and cleared customs in my country. The quality of the product was superior, I have used this product before (obtained directly from my doctor), so I do have a basis of comparison. The packaging of the product was also as expected and the packaging for shipping adequately protected the product on it's transit to me. Overall, I am quite satisfied with your service and plan to order again!

Highly Recommend HCG for Weight loss

Plan came together great

I planned and placed my order at a time when I was preparing for a big change. I had a few things to take care of and live through before starting to take the medication. From the date I ordered, I was updated via email about every step and given the opportunity to track the order and escrow process. I was therefore in the loop and knew what to expect regarding my bank account and when the package should arrive. It all went according to plan and I am very pleased. Wish tracking worked better for US customers

I placed a product order with PharmacyEscrow.com and was very pleased that there were no financial snags between them and my credit card company. The transaction from a financial point of view went through without a hitch.

The products I ordered arrived just as detailed and without damage.

However, I chose to pay for the expedited shipping which I believe was a waste of money. When I received my confirmation of order it included a USPS tracking number. That number, unlike a FedEx or UPS tracking, is useless until the package reaches some point in the US. For the first two weeks the order was not traceable. And based on previous info from friends using this company, paying the fee for faster shipping did me no good.

Your site was recommended to me with some information of what steps I needed to take to order. I would of had trouble navigating the site if I didn't know ahead of time this information. The site did take forever to load when I tried to log on but that doesn't seem to be an issue now. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the product was of high quality and effective. I did feel frustration because I wasn't aware when I ordered that I couldn't track the order. I wish I had known that up front. It took 18 business days to receive my order which came to just over a month counting a holiday and weekends. I wish it didn't take so long but it was worth it to know I would get safe, quality merchandise. Thank you.

Great Order Quality

The quality of the hCG is top quality. It was packaged well so it arrived safe and the expiration date in in 2010. I have used 2 amplues of the 5,000 IU hCG and I started my 3 ampule today. Each of these hCG ampules have work perfectly.
