HCG from Singapore

It was very easy to place my order for HCG. The more ordered the lower the price per ampule up to 20 ampules, but then the 21st ampule is the same cost as the 1st ampule (no discount). This was disappointing. Product comes in glass ampules you have to break. Not the easiest thing to do. Shipping took one month from the day I placed my order with an email from PharmacyEscrow.com when the order was placed and then no further contact until the product arrived. Product arrived in bubble envelopes. I was concerned about the name on the product when it arrived. I contacted PharmacyEscrow.com through instant chat to clarify that I had received the right product and was assured that it was the correct product. Product quality is normal and effective.

Hi there, I wanted to do a review of my order that I placed for HCG Pregnyl, it’s the HUCOG brand from India and I placed my order on January 12th, I received it February 12th. Everything seemed to go great, it was a little bit slow for the shipping time but that was to be expected, my sister placed an order also and hers took longer so mine actually came a lot quicker than I expected it too. I did pay for the priority handling and it seemed to speed it up a little bit more. The order I would place it a 4 out of 5 probably. The product is great, it works well, the expiration date is great, the packaging was secure. Looks like they had put some extra Styrofoam in there to make sure that the actual vials were secure and its a lot cheaper than a lot of the other places that I paid for it. Its only bout $36 a vial and some other places I had paid about $100 and so far its helped me lose 60 pounds so I am hoping for more and so far everything through PharmacyEscrow.com has been fantastic. Product Guaranteed!

I placed my order and was told to wait up to 18 business days for delivery. I did not receive my order on said time frame so I called the customer line and spoke to a very professional gentleman and was told the order may be waiting in customs. Two weeks later I did not yet receive my order so again I called. This time I had to wait on hold for a long 21 minutes and then was put to voice mail. This was frustrating, however, I went to the website and tried the live chat. Again the representative was very courteous and professional - even though I wasn't at this time due to my frustration. I was told the product would be reshipped quickly. It was. I received the order exactly 18 days from the live chat session. It was as promised and I was able to start my treatment on time. I will definitely use this service again and have even told my friends about it. I was frustrated at first, but PharmacyEscrow.com came through as promised and my product was as ordered. I Love Being A Loser!!!

At this point I have ordered several shipments of HCG and I have lost a total of 120 pounds!!! The product definitely works. And it's so great to know I have a place to go online to order it myself and no longer have to rely on the clinic I was using before and paying out my nose for it!This escrow service is exactly that - a great service. good product, painfully slow shipping

I ordered the Hucog back on Feb. 5th 2009. I didn't recieve it until March 3rd. I paid to have the fastest shipping, and was also supposed to have a free upgrade to priority processing through a promo I had used which supposedly saved me $7.95. How ever what they failed to tell me was the shipping time that they quote is "business days". So 10-18 days turned into a month. I just feel that when I am paying $29.99 for fast shipping I would like to have just that, fast shipping. They also tell you, you will be able to track your order which is not true (even after it reaches customs) this is why I started to worry about where my order was and if I had been scammed. The customer service however was helpful each time I called, I also found the live chat to be very resourceful. I am using the product for weight loss. The product has been up to my standards and I have had very successful results. I am to the end of my 3rd week and have lost 15 lbs. so i am very greatfull for that. Now another 3 more weeks to go and will hopefully be able to drop another 15 lbs. :-) The reason they are getting a 4 instead of a 5 is due to shipping cost,time, and tracking. Would i recommend this product..yes, it is a great product, good price (outside of the shipping), but be expected to wait and wait and wait a little longer. If I decide to do another round Ii will definitely order from them again now that I know what to expect. Thank you.

Quality of order

The quality of my order was outstanding! It came in a brown plain evelope just as I had requested. This allowed me to keep it from my family as I have teenage girls and I didn't want them to feel they would even need to go to the means I have chosen. It also allows me to keep a positive attitude about weight so that they do not feel the body image issues. The product itself came well protected and exactly how it was described.

From the beginning of contact, I was advised of how long it would take to get to me and how it would be shipped and you were true to your word. It came within a day of when you said. It did not get stuck in customs and it arrived on time.
