I got exactly what I expected,when i finally received my order. My first order was back on June 17th.I finally received my order on January the 7th, nearly seven months later.I've been in contact with you from the start and although very polite, I've spent hours on the phone with no results. I realize two of my orders were turned away at the border,however many were lost with no record.When filling out my first order on line it defalted to the U.S.A. as my country of origin,immediately I sent an e-mail to rectify the situation and then phoned and talked to a representative, I thought that was sufficient but the last time I talk to you I was told my address was still U.S.A. At one point I was told maybe I should just forget it because I have bad luck.

I'm new to this whole process and my expectations may be too high, but it just seems like it takes so long to get your order. Maybe its due to where the product is coming from. The other thing is the directions are so vague. How much do you take, How to break a vile. How to mix...I'm a little dissapointed.

I called on several occasions regarding my order and I was told it takes 10-18 business days to receive the order and after the 10th business day I called to advise them I still was unable to tract the order and the said I need to give them until the 18th business day. So after waiting to the 18th business day I called, and advise them I still haven received my order and they asked me for 24-48 more. I waited 72 hours and contacted them back. After speaking with them and verifying I DID NOT receive my order, I requested a refund. They said a ticket had to be put it and and I will know something in 24-48 hours waited another 48 hours and still no contact from the company. I finally got upset and called and advised the rep about my situation and he said the pharmacy had approved the shipment and it ready to ship totally disregarding the fact that I requested a refund every time I spoke with a rep, and they just over looked my request as if they didn't owe me nothing. This is my first time ordering from them, and this is my last!!!! I am very disappointed that this was handled in this manner.

I have never had such a problem with an order before. I am very happy with every order except this one. I ordered the newest Hcg (Ovidac)on May 15, 2009 and 2 months later I still haven't received my complete order yet. First the pharmacy only sent me one package containing 16 vials when I ordered 48. They marked my order complete, so every time I contacted the company they would not help me. Finally Rachel in customer service helped me, but again I only received a partial order. To this day, 2 months later, I have only received 32 vials of hcg when I ordered 48. I am so frustrated I will never order Ovidac hcg again if this is the problems I will have.

I am a repeat customer of yours and continually order the HCG with fine results and no problem in shipping and handling times thus far. However, this particular review, unfortunately, will not be a good one.
I received an email from you, offering me a higher purity HCG from India with higher potency and a good price. I decided to "upgrade" the HCG I had been using and give your offer a try. I paid as I always had in the past, for expedited shipping. It was WELL over a MONTH before I received my order! I was never notified of the delay via email by your company, which I should have been and when I called repeatedly to find out where it was, I was told it was tied up in India at the post office due to "elections." Now, while I understand situations arise beyond your control, I HAD PAID for expedited shipping, a product I certainly did NOT receive! It took me hours on the phone, talking to 2 different supervisors before I could get an apology and the credit back to my account for the "expedited shipping" I did not receive.
Finally, I spoke with someone who understood my complaint, was apologetic and offered me 1 free vial. I was still very unhappy in the time it took ME, the customer, to find out, on my own, where my "expedited order" was that, had in the past, always arrived promptly.I felt your company should have at least communicated to me what was going on and taken the initiative(good customer service)to promptly,refund me the extra charge for expedited shipping that I had paid, without me having to do all the calling and work myself. The hassles of this order almost made me stop using your company.

I had ordered 10000 I.U of the HCG Pregnyl (high purity) But instead I received OVIDAC 5000 I.U.
I ordered this product on the 10th of Feb 2010 and received it on the 4th of March 2010 (6 days shy of a full month)
Anyway, Pharmacy Escrow did send me a confirmation that they were sending out the correct order. They said it is red flagged, so hopefully this will be the only glitch. Thank you.

This was the worst experience I have had I used the live help however they had no ability to help. I just received the same answer over and over and over again. I was curious in they took the money from my account about two weeks before they tried to send me anything. They were not helpful and I wouldn't use them again.

The problem is in how long it takes to get the product once it is ordered.

I ordered HCG on November 25, 2008. Exactly three months to the date, February 25, 2009, is when I finally received the package. Every time I called or emailed over the three months I was told the package was held up at customs and I should be patient. It wasn't until I demanded my money back on Feb 6, 2009, that Laura White put a reshipment into process. Shortly after that I got some emails to JoAnn Marshall from Jenny Lopez and the Canadian Post saying the delivery had been attempted and finally delivered. These were aparently a mistake, but they misled me.

I am happy now the drug is here. However, I feel that I got the run around. I was thanked by Laura White for my "comprehension and patience." I have no comprehension about what happened. Did the drug ever really leave Singapore? Is the Singapore pharmacy a bad pharmacy? My friends have received their drug within three weeks. But they ordered from India. If it is the Singapore pharmacy's fault, they should be dropped. Or customers should be warned about the excessive shipping time.

There is no problem, at all, with the drug. As far as I can tell it is of excellent quality. I am unhappy with, Stephen, Jeff, Jon, Chris, Jenny, the people that I talked to about my delayed order. The ones that told me my order was delayed at customs or that it was sent back from customs when they really had no idea where the order was or what had happened.

I wanted to write this review, to say that i was a little displeased with your product this time i order. I decided to try the newer product you offered called HCG LUPI, it does not to seem to be working at all like the first order i placed. I am not too happy with it. I did however receive my shipment a little sooner than the first one. I would like to try a different brand of the product maybe or go back to the original order. I look forward to still ordering from your company, hopefully i will have better results next time i order. thank you
