Service

I was not impressed with the help I received. I tried call customer service several times and never got through. Your online chat never came online to help me with me questions. The product itself was wonderful but the service was insufficient and unprofessional.

This was the worst experience I have had I used the live help however they had no ability to help. I just received the same answer over and over and over again. I was curious in they took the money from my account about two weeks before they tried to send me anything. They were not helpful and I wouldn't use them again.

Wrong Shipment

I had ordered 10000 I.U of the HCG Pregnyl (high purity) But instead I received OVIDAC 5000 I.U.
I ordered this product on the 10th of Feb 2010 and received it on the 4th of March 2010 (6 days shy of a full month)
Anyway, Pharmacy Escrow did send me a confirmation that they were sending out the correct order. They said it is red flagged, so hopefully this will be the only glitch. Thank you.

Horrible Customer Service

First of all, my order, for which I paid to get FedEx express delivery (more expensive), was supposedly lost and PharmacyEscrow decided to have it shipped via a slower service (USPS). It took them over a week to find out the order was lost and resend, and only because I queried them about it. Due to shipment issues (lost order/slower shipment service) my schedule for the HCG treatment was thrown off.

After all this, I requested money back for not getting FedEx express shipping and they credited the escrow account instead of my credit card. I think people deserve to get their money back (check or on credit card - form of initial payment)when these things happen (it wasn't my fault/didn't cancel order, etc.).

PharmacyEscrow needs to adopt better customer service.

I never received my order!!!!

I called on several occasions regarding my order and I was told it takes 10-18 business days to receive the order and after the 10th business day I called to advise them I still was unable to tract the order and the said I need to give them until the 18th business day. So after waiting to the 18th business day I called, and advise them I still haven received my order and they asked me for 24-48 more. I waited 72 hours and contacted them back. After speaking with them and verifying I DID NOT receive my order, I requested a refund. They said a ticket had to be put it and and I will know something in 24-48 hours waited another 48 hours and still no contact from the company. I finally got upset and called and advised the rep about my situation and he said the pharmacy had approved the shipment and it ready to ship totally disregarding the fact that I requested a refund every time I spoke with a rep, and they just over looked my request as if they didn't owe me nothing. This is my first time ordering from them, and this is my last!!!! I am very disappointed that this was handled in this manner.

Very unhappy!

I have never had such a problem with an order before. I am very happy with every order except this one. I ordered the newest Hcg (Ovidac)on May 15, 2009 and 2 months later I still haven't received my complete order yet. First the pharmacy only sent me one package containing 16 vials when I ordered 48. They marked my order complete, so every time I contacted the company they would not help me. Finally Rachel in customer service helped me, but again I only received a partial order. To this day, 2 months later, I have only received 32 vials of hcg when I ordered 48. I am so frustrated I will never order Ovidac hcg again if this is the problems I will have.

Poor Performance

Go elsewhere if you want your products in less than three months time. This was my fourth or fifth order. All of which have been late. As a note, the last order made, I have never received.

I have been on a program using this product for over a year. I have ordered this product from you before with a different vender and was extremly satisfied and delighted that it worked so great. I was not with this order. I did not think the quality of this product was the quality of the previous order. I will not order from this vender again. I will return to the previous vendor for reorder.

Horrific first experience ordering my HCG

This is the first time ordering anything from this pharmacy and I ordered on May 5 and as of June 14 still have no Hcg. But according to Emily on the live chat my order will be refilled and resent to me. Let's hope this one makes it to me.

I liked the shipment of this order - which was pretty quick but the medication had no effect whatsoever. I reordered from a different company (HUCOG) and had amazing results. I do not think that the medication I got from this pharmacy was good. I was sharing the medication with a friend and he also had no results. The product which was first sent was Pregnyl the replacement was HUCOG. I loved the HUCOG and the people really helped me and cared for me at PharmacyEscrow.com.
