I purchased two vials of HCG Pregnyl. The shipment arrived within the 10-18 day shipping period, but only contained one vial. Thank fully Pharmacy Escrow's customer service department righted the wrong, but it involved me taking pictures of the packaging and submitting them as proof. It then took over a month for the replacement vial to arrive. Pharmacy Escrow's staff is wonderful, and I will order from them again, but I won't choose the Indian Pharmacy as my supplier.

I wanted to write this review, to say that i was a little displeased with your product this time i order. I decided to try the newer product you offered called HCG LUPI, it does not to seem to be working at all like the first order i placed. I am not too happy with it. I did however receive my shipment a little sooner than the first one. I would like to try a different brand of the product maybe or go back to the original order. I look forward to still ordering from your company, hopefully i will have better results next time i order. thank you

I was a bit nervous when going to the website and trying to order the HCG because I did not know what to expect but ordering was very simple. I found the product to order I was having problems with the card I was using. the on line staff was right on top of it with helping me clear it up so my order could process and get to me asap. My order was shipped from Hong Kong very quickly and did take a few days in customs but once it made it through customs I got it very quickly and was updated every step of the way through email from the post office. I was very pleased and will be ordering from you all again. Thanks.

I love the way your phone operators handle my requests for your products.
The problem is in how long it takes to get the product once it is ordered.
I would love for you to be able to ship the product sooner.

I have placed several orders from PharmacyEscrow.com Service in the past, and referred several patients to your company. The SHIPPING, EASE OF PLACING ORDERS,QUALITY OF PRODUCT, & FRIENDLINESS OF STAFF, WAS ALL A GOOD EXPERIENCE UNTIL THE LAST ORDER I PLACED.

This is the sequence of events that took place:
Originally placed order 3/24/09 for 6 ampules
HCG for amt. of $190.48
Also, place an order on 4/4/09 for 6 ampules HCG for amt. of $190.48.
On 3/24/09 escrow placed HOLD on E-Check to clear
On 3/24/09 After receiving notice of HOLD, changed method of payment to American Express to speed things up.
I was told from your company that IMMEDIATELY after the bank draft went through I would IMMEDIATELY receive credit back on my credit card.
3/30/O9: SUCCESSFULLY TAKEN PAYMENT FOR YOUR ESCROW.
IT WAS NOT credited back to my card as promised.
After calling your customer service department I was told it would take 2 DAYS to even get a response from your accounting department. This was a week ago & still had not heard anything nor was my credit card credited back.
May 20, 2009 Jack Jackson from "Help Desk" requested a copy of my bank statement.
On May 21,2009 a copy of both Bank & American Express bill was sent.
May 21 response from Jake Jackson: acknowledge receipt of bank stmt. However, he said we placed 2 orders on March 30th & april 4th.
May 21 my response:You acknowledged we placed 2 orders for same amt. which we do not dispute. But, you have not acknowledged you charged us for 3 orders. 1 to bank & 2 to credit card.
May 22, 2009: Laura White from your help desk said "Our Merchant were updating their platform processing payment thus payment via E-check did not clear on OUR END". She again, advised us to send our Bank Statement. ONCE YOU RECEIVE OUR BANK STATEMENT, YOU WILL LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND PROCESS A FULL REFUND.
May 22, 2009: Per your request, scan of our bank stmt. clearly shows our bank account was charged $190.48. I'm not sure how much documentation you might need to credit us $190.48. This was all we ask!
5/27/2009 To: Laura White
Clearly you have overcharged us & have admitted a problem with your Merchant on your end. We had sent you all the documentation you requested & since we had not heard from you for the charges to our Bank you leave us no choice but to dispute the charges with Credit Card company.
JUNE 4, 2009: We made request to deny claim from our bank.
JULY 13, 2009: Bank gave us temporary credit.
July 17, 2009: Bank gave us permanent credit.
IN SUMMARY:
THE ORIGINALLY ORDER WAS PLACED 3/24/09,
On 3/24/09 Pharmacy Escrow told me when E-check cleared my acct. would IMMEDIATELY be credited
On 3/30/09 Successfully took payment for escrow
On 5/27/09 PharmacyEscrow admitted problem was on your end.
DID NOT RECEIVE CREDIT BACK UNTIL JULY 17, 2009
SO YOUR "IMMEDIATE CREDIT" ENDED UP TAKING APPROXIMATELY 4 MONTHS TO GET MY MONEY BACK TO ME.
I am very disappointed with your services for this reason. I guess the moral of the story is to NEVER order anything through E-Check again.

It took over 63 days from the time I placed my order and paid my money to the order delivered to my door. After a reorder and no help in tracing my order or being able to give me a status update, I waited twice as long to what it should have. Although I learned there was a problem with the pharmacy, it was my first time using your service and being told it should take up to 30 days, having to take 63 days with no updates or assistance to give an update, I began to feel like I was scammed. Although I received my product, my experience left a terrible taste in my mouth and make me hesitant to do business with you again.

My order supposedly shipped on Feb. 12th & I never got it. Now after more than a month it is supposedly re-shipped. Hopefully I WILL get it!!

I had to rate the product poor because when I received my order in the mail, it was all broken. The company used a very thin envelope that was slightly padded with bubble wrap. Even the bubbles were flattened out. So, I can't give any rating truly.
As for as placing the order, I would give 5 stars. Support has been great and they have submitted a replacement order as soon as I notified them and provided pictures of the damage, which was the same day I received it.
I panicked when I got an email saying they had already shipped and delivered my order and I immediately used the live chat to get them to explain it was sent in error. They were very nice about it even though I was so upset thinking I was going to have to pay for the same thing again.
I did receive my order in 20 days, so that was not bad at all. I just wish the company it comes from would use a box instead of a flimsy envelope.
I am a bit disappointed that my diet will have to wait and am hoping the next shipment finds it self intact.
I will still shop here and recommend to others to do so as well. Very friendly group of people and prompt to fix any needs you may have.

I placed my order on May 15 and received a notification that my order was shipped on May 22. After the required time I began contacting your customer service group as to where my order was in the shipment. I was told repeatedly that my order was in transit and to wait that it would be there in the time stated. After the time stated I was told that the order was in customs and I needed to wait another 3-5 business days. I finally got my order on June 24th and much to my surprise the order had been shipped out of India on June 17th not the May 22 I had previously been told multiple times since May 22. If I had been told that the order was on back order I would have understood it more than your customer service representative lying to me each time I talked with them. This is not very good customer service. The order was also delivered out of your stated time frame with no further explanation. Bad Bad customer service

So I ordered two things. One arrived within the next week and I was looking forward to the medication. However I don't think customer service has ever dealt with PO Boxes. Nothing was tagged that the order would be shipped by mail. My account asked me for my SHIPPING address. My order was returned as the post office doesn't ship, it mails and I was not asked for my MAILING address. I contacted customer service and stated my problem. I was ensure that there was no problem and the order would be reshipped. I had made clear the difference between the two addresses, I thought. Well my surprise when the second order was send back.??? What? Now I again talked to customer service, stating my problem. I was insured the order would go out. Next thing I hear I have to pay for shipping if my order is being send to a PO Box as the shipment can not be delivery confirmed. Even a PO Box you can get that. So I finally blew a casket. I just told customer service that this game is ridiculous and please to cancel my order. NOW I was told we can deliver that I had to pay restocking charges should the package be shipped back. Well yes I would be willing. Finally after 10 weeks I received my second order of the shipment. Why did the first one arrive and the second one was harder than having a child? I have to say I am very disappointed.
