Not a good experience

Your company came highly recommended by friends and family. I was very disappointed. My order never came and when I called to re-order, the customer service rep had a very thick accent and was difficult to understand. He gave me a hard time about re-ordering. Finally after calling and speaking to two more reps, I canceled my order and had to place a completely new one. No one ever said that my original order was out of stock and did not provide an ETA. Was not happy with service.

Not as lucky this time around

Second time ordering. Website ordering was still easy to navigate. Order was placed quite easily. However, I guess because I ordered from a different pharmacy, it did take much longer for my order to arrive. I did have to call 2 or 3 different times to check on my order and was told each time to "give it one more week". After the additional weeks, my order did eventually arrive.

Slow order

When i ordered this i was expecting to receive it in about 4 weeks. For some reason i was unable to ever get a tracking number on it. It showed up at my post office a couple of weeks later. I never was able to track the order

Not too impressed

I had never ordered medication online prior to this order so I really didn't have much experience in the matter. This took so long to come in that I thought I had been taken for a ride...I was getting ready to call my credit card company to credit my account. The quality or potency of the medication was OK but I did not like the "packaging" (so to speak) of the medication. I think those glass ampoules where you have to cut and break the neck of the ampoule are very dangerous...not to mention ancient history. The best order I've ever placed was the second one (Hucog), because not only did it come very quickly but the medicine didn't come in a ampoule.

hcg

This was the hardest order I have ever placed. Since you take nothing but visa. That immediately gave us a problem. All we had was Mastercard products. So, I tried to do Western Union. That process has a very strange and foreign name for $$$ payment pick up in India. At the end of my again lengthy attempt to wire the money, a Western union rep came on the line and strongly warned me about going through this Indian p/u contact as they could absolutely not guarantee who would pick it up at the other end of the wire and I could loose my money.

We finally went out and purchased a cash-in visa debit card. It did secure us the order.

Although we paid extra money to have the product filled at the pharmacy and shipped at a more costly rate, we were later informed that because of circumstances beyond your control neither of these things could be done to expedite our delivery,so we were out that money.

We also could not use the tracking number until three weeks later when the package was actually at our local post office. It just kept saying "no such tracking number available."

the product seems to be liked by several of my friends and they say it is the cheapest they could find but they two wait 4 weeks. I am again going to order but I don't know what mailing hangups we will encounter.

Perhaps there is something that you could do to have more efficiency in your shipment process. I am grateful that you seem to carry a quality product

Where is my order?

I have ordered from you in the past and received outstanding delivery and service. I ordered my product in January and it is now March... I have yet to see it. I've contacted customer service multiple times and they continue to tell me to wait. They also state that they don't know where it is and won't know if I receive it. How can I then prove to them I have NOT received it? I would recommend your updating your shipping practices to keep your customers more informed. Other than that, as long as you receive the medication, it is of great quality and a good price. (I'll continue to bug customer service and see what they will end up doing to satisfy my order or give me a refund.)

very frustrating experience

I applied for the HCG challenge because I was interested in the product and the chance to receive it free was very appealing. Unfortunately, they did not announce the winners of this contest on the date they had listed, and three weeks later, I was still waiting to hear. This was very frustrating because I had held off my order while I waited to find out if I had won. Finally I called customer service. While the staff attempted to be friendly, they could not understand me and I had difficulty understanding them. No one could tell me the status of the contest, or whether or not I was winner. Several times I was asked to call back. One person finally told me that he would have a supervisor call me. I did not receive the call. Finally, almost a week later, I got an answer. I had not been chosen for the challenge. I immediately placed my order, but even with priority, it took a week before I received an email with confirmation of shipping. The package finally arrived but it took several weeks. When I looked at the postmark, I saw that it had been shipped out one week later than the date on my confirmation email. I rated this a rating of 2 because the experience was not a good one, but I did receive the package eventually.

HCG PREGNYL

The quality of drug once received was excellent. The problem was the delay in processing or acknowledgment of payment received. Even after sending bank conformation and verification that the monies were withdrawn/debited from my account Pharmacyescrow.com still held my order for an additional 14 days. Of course when ordering drugs the decision is made to purchase based on return or response time. An additional 14days was excessive and caused a delay in my treatment. Too during the process I was continually mis-informed by representatives as to the why in the delay. I personally believe it was do to the shortage of the drug which was not communicated when placing the order. Once, the drug became available the order was shipped immediately. Pharmacyescrow.com did expedite the shipping for immediate thereafter -- though it still delayed treatment by 2 weeks or more.

Great Company support/poor quality product

The product did not come with a freeze dried powder, it was premixed. I used a different HGC with a pharmacist on the original diet and was very successful. Because it was too expensive to order again through the Florida pharmacy, I tried PharmacyEscrow.com. I was disappointed in the product, I was hungry all the time and it didn't seem to work. I was pleased with the ease of ordering and the friendliness of the staff. I am going to give this company another try with their new HCG pregnyl from Singapore which they have assured me is freeze dried and more stable.
