ONLY RECEIVED 1/2 OF ORDER

Unable to get a clear answer as to why I only received 11 of the 21 items ordered. This is the first time I have ever had any issue. Customer service reps are friendly, but have no answers.

Because it took about 3 weeks to receive it. The product itself is very good I would recommend the product but not really the service or the time it took to receive it. so i rate it average.

Product recieved in unexpected way.

I have made several purchases with PharmacyEscrow.com and I am very confident in the quality and price of the products I have purchased. The last shipment I received however was requested to be sent in discrete packaging and express shipping. The package arrived in regular packaging and took 4 weeks to arrive. One of the things that could alleviate the concern over where your order is would be to ship it with a company that can be tracked internationally and not USPS.

Slow

The product delivery was slow. We were unable to track the order and it seemed to take forever. However, the customer service was exceptional they were able to deal with the situation effectively. The order was reshipped and received.

HCG review

This order of hcg was good, but until I received the hcg ordered on 3/2/09 I didn,t know how much stronger it could be. If my excellent review showed up under the 2/27/09 that was a mistake on my part. The phone service has always been very good and when I did have a problem with broken viles it was taken care of very well. As for the replacement hcg the pharmacy sent me it was so bad I had to throw the rest of it away because it did not work for the diet at all. But again your customer service has always been top notch. All orders have come on time usually on the last day promised which again is fine.

my experience with Pharmacyescrow.com was excellent however the time it took for them to receive my western union money order was ridiculous! It took approximately two weeks to get a money order that takes 10 minutes to send to them and for them to receive! If they accepted MasterCard my payments would be instant! Not everyone can get a visa.. The live chat was excellent i have to give you two thumbs up for that. The tracking did not work for my order as it was still saying that no info available when i received my order and still says no info available. That was great they were looking out for me and my order. Your human service was excellent however your electronic parts needs some work! I have placed my second order lets see if it takes less than a month to get to me!

first order

I gave an average rating because my first order had to be re-shipped and I did not receive it for over 2 months from the original order date. I was happy though that it was re-shipped at no cost to me, and after being re-shipped I received my order within two weeks.

Processing is quick but shipping slow

My first order came very quickly. The next order was processed and shipped from pharmacy quickly but it has been 13 days and I can't even find it to track it on USPS

I ordered my HCG from the Singapore pharmacy. I was not happy with the way my shipment arrived. The package was opened and one of the vials was crushed. I have ordered several times for there but never did I have such poor delivery. The great team onPharmacyescrow.com really helped me out. Shawn and Jake really helped me. They were super nice and were able to get me a credit for the broken vile.
I will still continue to order from Pharmacyeswcrow.com because they have such great service!!
