Delivery good, lifetime shipping not

I got my delivery very fast, and so the lifetime delivery with it being rapid, is very nice.

What is not nice is that you can only order so 4 times in a year, which is nearly the equivalent of just paying the higher rate each time.

There needs to be an explanation as to why only 4 times a year.

Delay in receiving product

We love the product and y'all are great to order from, however it just seems to take a long time to receive the medication...not sure if there's much y'all can do about that since what we order comes from India! :)

Slow shipping times

Why are you pharmacies not shipping HCG by DHL anymore? It would be great if you offered alternative shipping methods for faster deliveries, two weeks is far too long to wait

A Little Dissapointed

I ordered the HCG from this India Pharmacy thinking that I would receive my product within 6 weeks. It took a lot longer. My order was stopped at customs and I never received a notice or anything. So I did know and it was there for two weeks before I found out about it. I immediately went online to the PharmacyEscrow.com to find out what could be done. I was extremely impressed at how helpful they were. They answered all my questions and immediately got the pharmacy to send it again...however this time it would have to go through Europe so it would get stopped at customs. On top of the friendly service I received a $10.00 credit for my troubles. I was very happy about the service from the escrow service. However it's better to order from a European pharmacy because they are less likely to get stopped at customs. I rated a 3 because it took so long...however the service from this service is a 5.

HCG

I rated a lower score due to the problem I had contacting support with my product.
The product i ordered on the website was very different from what i received. The packaging was different and there was no mention on the website of mixing a powder, which is what i received. I was a little dissapointed and very confused.

Time

I ordered Hcg for the reason of losing weight, mainly because I was getting married on march 17th of 2009.
I placed the order january the 16th.
I payed for the Hcg.
I waited patiently, running to my mail box after work, anxious to receive the Hcg.
After about 3 weeks I got concerned, I contacted your live chat many, many times.
I did not receive the Hcg, talked to live chat again and send e-mail.
Something went wrong and than I finally received my order,still upset.
The wait was too long.
2 month.
I would order again but I do not want to go through all the waiting again.

My Second Order

This order took quite a bit longer than I had anticipated and I had even payed extra for expedited processing. But although I was upset about the delay in getting my order, I have to say the customer service people handled it with such patience and were very helpful to me and took care of the problem.

HCG order

The ordering process was very easy and straight forward. My only complaint was in the correspondence following my order. I was given a tracking number that indicated it was a USPS tracking number and a date the product was to have been shipped. I contacted customer service multiple times to find out the status of the order because it was taking longer than I had expected and each time I was told that I wouldn't be able to track the package until it reached US customs. I continued to try to track the package on a daily basis with no results. When the package finally arrived, the tracking number they had given me wasn't a USPS tracking number at all. It was an India Post tracking number. Had they given me this information to begin with I would have been able to successfully track the package and know right when to expect it.
