2nd Time Ordering

Did another order for HCG and was sooo excited to order from Organon (original maker of HCG). The first time I tried they were'nt available. The next time I tried and was going to order from one of the other companies I checked Organon and it was available. I had a big order this time for more friends who had done the HCG. We were all excited and thought our ordered had shipped. A week later I received a call that the one from Organon was on back order but there was a new one that was potent. Because there were people waiting I told them to go ahead and send the new one.
The order came in the right amount of time it said but I only had 1/2 of my order. I went to Live Chat to inquire where the rest of my order was and they said because it was a big order they split it up in two shipments and it should be coming in about 1 wk. I started getting worried after the 1 wk and followed up with them again and it came the next few days.
Those that I was in contact with on Live Chat were very nice and pleasant and very responsive to my questions.
I am now on the new HCG that was sent and when I tested it with the pregnancy test it seemed more potent then my last order so I was quiet happy. Today is Thurs and since Monday I've lost 10 lbs and am very very happy with it.
I was never told which one I ordered. Today I decided to ask what this new HCG was and was told it was from High Purity. I am very pleased with it's result and the person who helped me. She gave me more information on High Purity that I wasn't aware of and it was good information.
AGAIN, thanks Pharmacyescrow.com. So glad I have this site to go to and am able to afford.

Pretty Impressed

I researched HCG for weeks and heard about pharmacyescrow.com and got online to place my order. I had to talk to someone on the live chat a few times b/c they don't take Mastercard, which is all I had and I was a little upset I had to do a Western Union Transfer that cost me more money. But, I ordered it and paid the Western Transfer on 10/19/09, it was shipped on 10/23/09 and I received the product 11/6/09. I received multiple emails with updates on my shipping and I was able to track it through USPS. So, after the initial hiccup of payment, I got my order quicker than I expected since it was coming from Singapore and I'm happy with the experience. I'll definitely use them again!!

My first order of hcg lost potency 6 mo before exp

I rated this as I did because the product lost its potency during my second cycle; it had 6 month left to expiry date, too. This was very disappointing. It left me scrambling locally with a friend to buy a bottle from her ASAP since I was only about 15 days into my cycle.

I would like to suggest that when the order confirmation email arrives that it list the details of the order such as the amount of vials per size and the ship fee, etc. since on the last order all I received was a total applied to the charge card. Several of us "came together" for the last order,and several questions came up later about how much and such, and a full delineation of the bill would have been most useful to us.

Overall, I am happy about your service. We were disappointed, too because a week or so after we order, a buy 3 get one free offer came up...If we knew, we would have waited such a short time to place our order...so some manner of letting customers know a sale cycle is approaching would be wonderful, indeed!

Thanks. Also, sometimes a credit is on my account but doesn't show up on line, only shows up if I call and speak to a rep. It would be best if it always showed up on line in a notable fashion.

This order was seized by US Customs. After 3-4 weeks, when I had not received my order, I contacted your company and a replacement order was sent and arrived in another 3 weeks, with no problem.

This was my first order and the shipping took a long time. However, the product quality was excellent and the customer service was adequate. They attempted to help, and did to the most part. Definitely would order again as the product was of high quality and met my expectations and the price was the lowest I found.

Great Quality as Usual!

This was my second order from Pharmacyescrow.com. Like last time the ordering process was extremely easy. You pick the drug, choose the amount you want, ordering with credit card is easy, and off you go! This time I paid for the lifetime free shipping, since I plan on ordering again, this made the most sense. Instead of paying shipping each time, I pay once and I'll never have to worry about shipping costs again. This option also gives you Priority Shipping which speeds up the order filling process. This time shipping did take a bit longer than last time, but still within the guaranteed 7-15 days (it came on the 15th day). But I think that has more to do with the pharmacy it originates from then with the ordering process through Pharmacyescrow.com. I again used the online customer service chat function just to make sure there were no problems with shipping, while I was waiting. They were helpful and at least gave me reassurance that nothing bad had happened, I just needed to wait for the shipping process. Thanks for everything!!

Easier than I thought

I was initially concerned about ordering drugs off the internet, but the website hand good information that I needed to make my selection. Ordering was simpler than I thought, and I was guided through the processes. One problem that I had, however, was that my credit card was not accepted right away. I was given the message that the company would try again the next day and then contact me if there were further problems. I waited a few days but the red error message indicating my card wasn't accepted stayed.
I then used the live chat to ask about this problem. I think the most valuable part of ordering from this company is using the customer service. They were very helpful and answered all of my questions. They explained that my card went through the second time, the order history just didn't reflect it, and that my order would be shipped soon.
I paid for priority shipping, even then my order didn't get shipped for almost a week and a half. I was a little disappointed that it took so long since I had paid extra for priority. Despite that, there were no further problems and I received my product two weeks from shipping.
The product was high quality, and matched the description on the website well. It was worth the money and I would use this company again.
