Easy Ordering

Ordering the product was easy, my navigating the pages went well, all the steps and links helped me not get "lost " on the page. Product came in an adequate amount of time, not too long a wait. Nice folks to deal with.

Great Customer Service

I had some problems placing the order so I called the customer service folks. They tried very hard to help, and I was successful in then placing an order. Product seemed to take longer to arrive this time, however it has come now and all has been received in good shape. I will be contacting these folks again for another order. I hope the type I was originally trying to buy is in stock the next time.

Minor glitches

I received everything I ordered satisfactorily with a minor glitch. The HCG kits came sooner than expected and the online tracking was flawless. The HCG Pregnyl was coming from outside the US and while it arrived in a timely way, the online tracking indicated it was arriving by USPS, then by Fed Ex but neither tracking numbers worked but I successfully used the live chat customer service and my representative gave me a completely different tracking number than the one on my tracking history. She did email me a new tracking number and from then on, everything worked as expected. Overall, I am satisfied. Thanks, Pharmacy Escrow.

How well it works

It didn't work as well as the previous orders. I have placed another order hoping to see results this time which hopefully I do. The last time I lost 15 pounds. No problem, this time I need to lose 12 pounds and the order I did previously didn't work

HCG

My friend and I wanted to try the HCG diet but did not know where to order it from. We heard about Pharmacy Escrow and read a lot of the reviews and decided to try it. It was fairly easy to order but they were out of several different brands that would have had a shorter shipping time. We placed our order and were kept informed of the status of our order throughout the shipping. I even did a live chat to find out where it was and they were very helpful and friendly. We will definitely be ordering from them again.

Whenever you see an online company with an European address you think it might be a scam but i read the reviews and placed an order by faith. I received the package within 12 days. That is amazing. I did have a tracking number that didn't work and that was why i gave Pharmacy Escrow a 4 instead of a 5. Other than that the customer service was great. Polite and informative. Thank you so much Pharmacy Escrow. I will be using them for my future purchases

I'ts Here Already?!

Well, first I want you to know that I was a lot skeptical of ordering pharmaceuticals online but, after researching online and hearing such positive comments on their website and also on Youtube I thought I should at least give them a try.
Once on the PharmacyEscrow.com website I got a little confused/overwhelmed and called the 800 number, right away I got a live person who was able to answer all my questions and guide me through the ordering process.
From what I read online I was all prepared for what I thought would be a long wait (up to 22 days)before I would receive my product.
I was real surprised when my product arrived in less than two weeks. I was able to start my diet earlier than thought and have good success so far.
I really found the free e-book a great reference for the HCG Diet and have already referred to it several times.

Quality Website and Dependable Product

I had never ordered from this site and was skeptical at first, but after reading several reviews I decided to throw caution to the wind and give it a go. I am glad that I did. It was very easy placing the order and I was offered several shipping options and picked the one that best suited me. After I placed the order I received several detailed emails updating me on the status on my shipment. I always knew where my order was and when to expect delivery. When my order arrived it was just as the description stated and was exactly what I was needing. My product is fragile so it was shipped in a padded mailer and made it half way across the world without incident. I am so satisfied with this website that I have already made another purchase. My one recommendation to the company would be to accept MasterCard without charging an additional fee.

Helpful Online Assistance

I have had a few problems with making online orders. I tend to mess up the order, and the site confuses me a little, but each order I've made I have used the help of the online chat help and have been pleased each time with the level of professionalism and kindness.
