Computer challenged

Even with being computer challenged as I am I was able to navigate and easily find what I wanted on your site. Check out was also very easy to do. I knew it would take a while to receive (4 to 6 weeks) so with a little planning that wasn't a problem. I did have a minor problem with my order (shorted one item) so I called customer service, they were professional, helpful and courteous. For me it was a little difficult understanding their accent. All in all a great experience. I won't hesitate to use them again.

Easier to mix, longer to receive

I prefer this type of HCG for its ease in mixing, since there is no glass vial to "snap-break" to open - just remove the cap. However, this delivery took substantially longer to receive than my previous order from Europe.

Great Product, Poor Packaging

This would have received 5 stars if it wasn't for the way the medicine was packaged. I ordered 4 ampules and instead of receiving 4 boxes as I should have I received 2. The other 2 ampules were jammed into each of the 2 boxes (2 ampules per a box designed to contain 1). This caused one of the ampules to arrive broken. PharmacyEscrow.com did do an excellent job of replacing the broken ampule and I am extremely satisfied with the medicine. PharmacyEscrow.com's customer service was excellent and I would have given this order a 5 had the meds not been packaged improperly.

The shipping was a little slow, but the packaging was wonderful and the products were just what they advertise. The customer service was very helpful.

I received exactly what I had ordered from the Indian Pharmacy. Calling about my order was easy and I didn't have to sit on hold to speak to someone for any amount of time at all! The representatives were very polite in answering my questions. I will definitely order again, thank you!

Pharmacyescrow.com has EXCELLENT customer service and customer order satisfaction guarantees. This was my first order with them, and while the wait time was long (due to customs), they even had a member of staff call to ensure that I had received my order and everything was intact. I've NEVER received this kind of support for ANY online purchase I've made anywhere before.
The only reason I gave this purchase 4 stars instead of 5 was because the glass vials the product came in were difficult to open and remove the hcg from, and it was a dangerous process working with the broken glass. Future orders have been better (in better containers) since this time.

I loved hcg it is the product that I have found in a long time! When I found it on PharmacyEscrow.com so cheap I was ecstatic! The only problem was the shipping time I ordered it on October 11,2008 and I paid for priority shipping which I knew it still would possibly be at least 2 weeks but it took almost 3weeks....I do know that it does have to go through customs so that's why I was understanding and it was my 1st order with this company. Next time I know how long it will take so I wont let it run out without ordering way in advance. I am very pleased with the product I will be ordering again from PharmacyEscrow.com it was a good experience!

This order did take awhile to reach me however customer service was very polite and researched that it had gotten lost, and gave me a good estimate of when next delivery would reach me. The drugs that were received were as ordered and satisfactory. thank you.
