Great Tracking System

This was my second order from PharmacyEscrow.com. The order took a bit longer than the first one so I was getting a bit nervous. I called PharmacyEscrow.com and they told me how to follow my order via the online tracking system. This was great. I was able to see when the order was shipped.
When I called PharmacyEscrow.com there was always someone to help me on the phone. I was not on hold for long periods of time either.
I will definitely order from PharmacyEscrow.com again.

When I first purchased HCG from PharmacyEscrow.com I had done quite a bit of research and had found great reviews. However I was still nervous about getting my order.

When I received my order in the mail I was so relieved. Everything was perfect. No damage and the quality of the product was outstanding.

I will definitely order again.

My HCG Experience

I have tried anything and everything to loose weight. When a friend told me about hCG, I was very hesitant. I searched and searched on the web and found many, many reviews for PharmacyEscrow.com. I was so nervous, but I took a chance and called. Boy am I glad I did! I was connected with a very nice gentleman who took me through every step, one by one. Of course I was on hold quite a while at first, but I understand why now. He took all the time I needed and never rushed me. He explained it all step by step and even searched different pharmacies to get me the best price! I confidentially placed my order and began to wait. It took a little while to get here, but I was able to call and email to get the specifics about the shipment. I was even offered free express shipping for my troubles, and I really didn't even complain! I have to say, I was still reluctant about giving myself a shot every day so I waited to start this hCG quite a while after I ordered. The expiration dates were great though, and the product is still very effective!! I lost 2.4 pounds overnight! Tell that to all of the skeptical people that told me I had to spend $1200 in a clinic to get the "real stuff". I will (and have) told everyone I know about this website! I feel totally comfortable ordering again, and I am about to do just that. As a matter of fact, I am about to look at all the other prescriptions they might have available. Thanks PharmacyEscrow.com for making my weight loss dreams a reality! Keep up the GREAT work!!

My first Order

This being the first time placing an order with your company, I was naturally a bit apprehensive. Yet everything involved in the actual placing of the order was quite easy and clearly defined. I found that I had an immediate response from your company as soon as the order was placed. I also experienced the same rapid service from the escrow accounting department. They kept me up to date and informed of all transactions and activity in my escrow account. This was all very reassuring. What was difficult for me was the time frame from the actual placing of the order to the time that I actually received the shipment. When I selected the "type of shipping" for my order, I failed to understand that I would not have a tracking ability on my order. I understood that it would take a considerable amount of time for me to receive my order. But I did not realize that I had chosen a shipping method that would not allow me to track it. And actually it took 30 days (1 month to the exact day) for my order to arrive. That in itself did not present a problem for me. It arrived in good condition and I was glad to have it arrive safely. But my failure to direct the shipping properly in order to have a tracking number did give me cause for concern over the 30 day wait. I wondered several times if it had been "lost in the mail". With the inability to track the package, I was not so sure that I would actually ever receive my order, which would not be a fault of your company, but rather my mistake. I was not impressed with your "email assistance" feature. I tried email contact twice during the month and both times received the "automated response" and never received a personal email for REAL assistance. So I resorted to the phone contact. The phone operators were helpful and friendly, but this is where I discovered my inability to track my order and that I would just have to wait it out. As I said, my order did arrive safely at 30 days and I was very happy. Today I wanted to post a review of my experience and I required some assistance from the "live chat" operator. This is a great feature on your page! I got a "live" person to assist me and had the whole thing up and running in no time. So in the future, I will use the "live chat operator" for resolving any questions or issues that I might have. Thanks.
