How I would rate PharmacyEscrow.com all around.

This is the second time I have ordered from PharmacyEscrow.com, which tells you that I was satisfied the first time. This time, surprisingly, my package arrived even more quickly than the first time. It probably took no more than two weeks, or so it seemed. The customer service employees are so considerate and polite. No question is a dumb question. And they will answer as many questions as you can think of. They are very knowledgeable; however, if they are not sure of an answer, they will ask their supervisor. This gives me added confidence in placing my order. The price of the medications probably at least one-third of the cost in the U.S. And sure I was skeptical as to the quality of the medications at the outset. But I have been taking both Lipitor and Plavix from India for over six months and I feel perfectly well. Would I order again from PharmacyEscrow.com? You bet ya! The price, the politeness, the efficiency, the speedy delivery- all make me want to say. PharmacyEscrow.com, I'm for you!

Order Experience

This was my first order with PharmacyEscrow.com. My prescription was with a U.S. Pharmacy, but online pricing was very attractive. Despite some initial apprehension, the PharmacyEscrow.com process worked very well. There was plenty of communication after placing the order. The only thing I'll need to pay more attention to is the delivery lead time. With overseas supply I'll need to allow 10-15 days.

My first order

I must admit that after ordering my first order with you I did feel a little worried as to what I had done. No need to worry though as my order was delivered within the 10 days as promised with the exact amount of medication I had ordered and all with good exp dates on. You have honored your agreement and have carried out exactly what you said you would do even down to reminding me via email I needed to order again. Thank you!!!! The only disappointment I had was that all the tablets were crammed in one box all loose strips probably for postage reasons I half expected them to be in the separate boxes they come in from the pharmacy.

The delivery service could have been better; however, part of the problem, I am sure, can be attributed to your offices being closed for part of the Holiday season and busy mail delivery.

Very good quality with excellent packaging. The site is easy to navigate with a good choice of product. Arrival time varies with the vagaries of international mail but shipping is prompt. On the whole a good value, discreet and efficient service.

Lipitor

It is high quality, well packaged and well priced.

We had a slight issue with the expiry and they came to the rescue, interfaced with the Supplier and got newer, longer expiry medicine.

To be fair, the issue itself was caused by ME buying further out than my normal practice of 12 months not because of anything inappropriate by the Pharmacy: what they sent just did not fit my specific needs on that order.

Everyone jumped in and solved the problem fully and completely.

Atorvastatin

I moved on the 28th May 2009 to the US and I still don't have a medical insurance or money to go to a doctor and get a prescription. In my country I was diagnosed with diabetes and high cholesterol. I brought enough atorvastatin for 6 months. After 5 months I was in trouble until I began to search online and I found PharmacyEscrow.com. I got the prescription online and I bought enough pills for a couple of months. They came after 2 weeks to my home and the price was more or less the one I paid in my homeland.  
I first thought that any person can lie while replying the online questions for the doctors that will write the prescription. But then I thought that anybody can lie to a doctor while telling them in person what their medical record is. So, I thought that it was OK and I could solve a problem that was bothering me.

Every aspect of the order, and support of it, went smoothly. It was easy to find my medicine using the built in search form. It was easy to submit my prescription, place the order, and pay.
The only parts that weren't 'excellent' were the extended delivery time and the packaging.
From the date of my order placement, it took approximately 18 days for delivery of the order. That was expected, because I was told that it would take that long. That is just a long time to wait if you are in need of the medicine; more advance planning is required on my part to ensure that I am not out. If the order delivery could be expedited in some way, that would be preferable.
The packaging is somewhat cumbersome. The pills came in break-out foil packs of 10 pills each, so storing and handling over 200 pills is awkward. If the pills were in 1 plastic medicine bottle I am used to, it would be better.
These downsides are acceptable however, and better in my opinion than the alternative. I will be a repeat customer.

Slight problem with exchange rate and timing

My order was filled and shipped quickly, as it had been before, however this time there was a slight problem with the billing. I was sent a receipt for the amount my account would be billed, and then a few days later, an amount slightly over the billing amount was deducted from my account. I filed a billing dispute, and within 24 hours, had the resolution that due to exchange rates changing, I had been billed a few more dollars. I was given a credit on my Pharmacy Escrow account that more than made up for this over billing. It was quickly taken care of to my satisfaction. I continue to be pleased with the service I get from Pharmacy Escrow.
