Cozaar Intake Guidelines

Take Cozaar exactly as your doctor prescribed the intake and never deviate from your doctor’s instructions regarding your dosage and schedule of intake. Take each dose at about the same time each day.

Even if you begin to feel well, do not cease your medication until your doctor recommends that you stop taking Cozaar. Abrupt cessation of this medication may cause more harm than good.

Cozaar Dosage

For the oral form of Cozaar, the dosage for the control of hypertension is as follows:

Adults: 25-100mg to be taken once daily. The dose could be divided into two intakes.

Cozaar Overdose

If overdose of Cozaar is suspected, immediately consult a medical authority or seek medical attention as soon as possible.

Cozaar Missed Dose

If you happen to miss a dose of Cozaar, take one as soon as you remember but just your missed dose if it is almost time for the next scheduled dose.
