Flonase Nasal Inhaler (Fluticasone)

Flonase Information

Flonase is a nasal inhaler with the generic name of Fluticasone. Flonase is included in the drug category called Nasal Corticosteroids. Flonase acts like cortisone medicines and is a steroid that is inhaled.

Flonase Usage Guidelines

Flonase is a nasal medicine and it should not be orally administered or injected in any way.

Before using this medicine, clean your nose and once it is free from dirt, insert the nosepiece into your nostril. Aim and spray the liquid towards the inner corner of the nose.

Do not use more of the nasal spray than directed by your doctor.

Flonase Dosage

The dosage of Flonase in adults is one to two sprays in each nostril once or twice daily.

Flonase Overdose

The symptoms of Flonase overdose include:

Acne
Blurred vision
Bone fractures
Excess hair growth
Increase in urination
Thirst
Menstrual changes
Lack of menstruation
Muscle wasting
Weakness
Rounding of face
High blood pressure
Impotence in males

If you suspect an overdose and the above symptoms are present immediately consult your doctor or seek emergency medical attention.

Flonase Missed Dose

When you happen to miss a dose of Flonase, it is ok to take one after an hour or so but if an hour has already passed, just skip the missed dose and proceed with the next one.

Flonase Side Effects

Some of the side effects of Flonase nasal spray include:

Blindness
Nosebleeds
Burning or stinging of nose
Red discharge on eyes and nose
Muscle pains
Skin rashes
Stomach pains

Troubled breathing

Dealing with allergies and mild asthma every spring is something that has become an annual battle for me. With the aid of the flonase inhaler I ordered from this service, I have experienced one of my more enjoyable springs in recent memory. I am able to breathe deeply and freely and my allergy symptoms have been virtually nonexistent since using the flonase inhaler. What a great product and I wish I would have been using this in past years!
Unfortunately, acid reflux has plagued me for decades and is something I deal with on a daily basis.
