FML Eyedrops have been known to cause punctures when used in the occurrence of diseases that cause the thinning of the cornea or of the sclera. The use of this may hide the presence of a serious eye infection or may cause the infection to become worse. Prolonged use of FML Eyedrops may result in glaucoma, cataract formation, or the development or worsening of eye infections. FML Eyedrops should be used with caution after a cataract surgery. If the inflammation lasts longer than 48 hours, stop using FML Eyedrops immediately and have a discussion with your doctor or physician.

FML Eyedrops may cause blurred vision. Exert caution when driving, operating machinery, or performing other hazardous activities. If experienced blurred vision, stop using FML Eyedrops immediately. If you wear contact lenses, ask to your doctor first if you should wear them during treatment with FML Eyedrops.

FML Eyedrops Intake Guidelines

Follow the prescription of your doctor if you are taking FML Eyedrops. You may also ask your pharmacist or nurse about things you do not understand. Wash your hands thoroughly before using FML Eyedrops. Shake the product well before using. Tilt your head back a little and pull down on your lower eyelid. Position FML Eyedrops above your eye. Look up and away from the dropper. Press out a drop and close your eye. Apply a mild pressure to the inside corner of your eye for about 1 or 2 minutes to stop the liquid from draining down your tear duct. Do not rinse the dropper.

Obtain the dosage from your doctor. Dosage may vary from person to person.

FML Eyedrops Overdose

An overdose of this medication is unlikely to occur. If you do suspect an overdose, call an emergency room or poison control center near you. If the drops or ointment have been ingested, call an emergency center for advice.

FML Eyedrops Missed Dose

Immediately take the missed dose as soon as you remember but if it is almost time for the nest dose, skip the missed one and take the subsequent dose according to schedule. It is important to remember not to take a double dose of this medication.

Side effects of FML Eyedrops may include the following:

• Allergic reactions such as difficult breathing, closing of throat, swelling of lips, tongue or face, and or hives
• Blurred vision
• Burning
• Stinging
• Itching
• Redness
• Sensitivity of the eyes to the light
• Cataract formation
• Corneal ulcers
• Dilation of the pupil
• Drooping eyelids
• Eye inflammation and infection including pinkeye, eye irritation, glaucoma, increase eye pressure, slow wound healing, and taste alterations

Inform your doctor and seek medical attention immediately if you experience any of these symptoms.

FML Eyedrops Drug Reactions

If FML Eyedrops is taken with other drugs, the effects could increase, decreased, or altered. Do not use other eyedrops or eye medication during the treatment with FML Eyedrops.

The following drugs may interact with the effect of FML Eyedrops:

• Prednisone (Deltasone, Orasone, and others)
• Methylprednisolone (Medrol)
• Hydrocortisone (Cortef, Hydrocortone, and others)
