Lovenox Drug Reactions

The use of the following drugs and medical procedures may cause undesirable effects when used together with this blood clot medication.

• Spinal or epidural anesthesia
• Spinal puncture
• Indwelling epidural catheters

Talk to your doctor before taking Lovenox if you are taking other drugs such as

• Aspirin
• Ibuprofen, ketoprofen, naproxen, Indomethacin, diclofenac, diflunisal, etodolac, fenoprofen, Flurbiprofen, nabumetone, oxaprozin, piroxicam, sulindac, tolmetin, meloxicam, or any anti-inflammatory medication
• Warfarin
• Ardeparin, dalteparin, danaparoid, or tinzaparin
• Aspirin and dipyridamole
• Ticlopidine or clopidogrel
• Dipyridamole

These drugs, when taken together with Lovenox, may increase the effects of the blood clot medication and cause danger to the patient. Inform your doctor immediately if you intend to start a course of Lovenox if you are on any of these drugs.
