During your intake of this medicine you should avoid consuming alcoholic products (like beverages or medicines that are known to contain alcohol), as this could severely affect your regular blood sugar levels (it could harmfully interfere with your treatment).

Before you start a treatment with Prandin you should alert your personal health care provider if you:

• have liver disorder;
• have kidney disorder;
• are suffering from Type 1 diabetes;
• are suffering from diabetic ketoacidosis;
• are suffering from a severe injury, infection, illness;
• are in need of surgery.

Prandin Intake Guidelines

Prandin Missed Dose

Try to take your doses of Prandin at their due time. However, if you miss a dose of this drug you should contact your personal health care specialist and ask him or her for further instructions. Do not double dose.

Prandin Side Effects
