Prexige Warnings

A treatment with Prexige is known to sometimes trigger sleepiness and or dizziness. Therefore, patients who are currently following a treatment with this medicine should employ extra care while performing any activities that are known to require either mental or physical awareness. Avoid driving or operating any sort of complicated or dangerous machinery.  Some NSAIDs are known to sometimes trigger some severe side effects that affect the patient’s gut, like bleeding ulceration, or intestinal lining or stomach perforation. Elderly patients are more prone to developing this sort of side effects. Patients who are using high doses of this medicine, or who are taking some other drugs, apart from Prexige could also develop this product’ severe side effects. If you develop any symptoms of a gut problem (such as intestinal or stomach bleeding) you should alert your personal health care specialist as soon as possible. A treatment with Prexige is known to sometimes mask the symptoms infection, such as inflammation and fever, possibly tempting you to stop your intake of this drug.

Do not end your treatment with Prexige without first consulting it with your personal health care specialist.  Patients who are suffering from any liver, kidney or heart disorders will probably be prescribed lower doses of this medicine. Their intake of this drug should be closely monitored by an authorized health care specialist to see if any complications have appeared due to their intake of Prexige. Patients who are following a long-term treatment with this medicine will probably have to undergo blood medical tests on a regular basis, in order for their personal doctor to effectively monitor their liver function. Avoid missing any of your appointments with your personal physician.
Patients who are suffering from any of the medical disorders that are listed here should employ extra care during their intake of Prexige (ask your physician to give you special recommendations and / or advice):

• Stomach or intestine disorders like bleeding or ulceration
• Decreased liver function;
• Decreased kidney function;
• Dehydration;
• Liver cirrhosis;
• Heart failure;
• Hypertension;
• Oedema;
• Diabetes;
• Hyperlipidaemia.

Prexige Dosage You should ask your physician to give you the accurate dose of this medicine that you should take in during your treatment with Prexige, in order to get the best results from it. During your intake of this product your personal health care specialist might want to change your dose of this product (depending on how your organism responds to the treatment). Do not make any adjustments to the dose of Prexige that you have been prescribed by your personal doctor without his or her consent.
