• tingly or numb feeling, muscle spasms;
• fever, body aches, chills, flu-like symptoms;
• easy bruising, pale skin, unusual weakness;
• bone, joint, or muscle pain.

You may continue using Zoledronic acid but you should alert your physician if you develop any of these less severe but more common side effects:

• nausea, loss of appetite, vomiting;
• cough;
• tired feeling;
• constipation, diarrhea;
• headache;
• swelling or redness at the injection site.
