• You will receive email instructions for scheduling your appointment shortly after making your purchase. Please go to Time Conversions to ensure our times are in synch. Choose New York time for HCG Coaching time. It is contingent upon the client to synchronize the time accurately. In the event the slot is lost due to incorrect time calculation, it is the client's responsibility to honor original agreement.
• HCG Coaching is currently offered in English, only.
• If you are outside the USA, to use this service you will also need a working microphone, speakers, a free Skype account, and a suitable computer. (Phone call option only)
• If you are inside the USA, your HCG Coach will call you as close to the appointment time as possible. It may appear as Caller ID blocked, so please take that call. You may want to check with your telephone service provider to see if there are any provisions you will have to make in order to receive a Caller ID Blocked Call, for example, you may have a code that you will want to email to your HCG Coach to pass your block.
• Coaching Emails are to include a maximum of 3 questions/email.
• The HCG Coaches offered by this service are not doctors, and the advice they give is not intended to treat or cure any medical condition. This service is not a substitute for medical advice. Please consult your medical professional before beginning any diet program.
• All coaching orders expire within 60 days of the order date if not used. Once your appointment is scheduled, if you must re-schedule, you have 48 hours to re-schedule or the appointment is lost.
