• mild vomiting, nausea, stomach pain, bloating;
• breast tenderness, pain, or swelling;
• acne, hair loss;
• changes in appetite or weight;
• decreased sex drive;
• vaginal discharge or itching;
• changes in your regular menstrual periods;
• headache, dizziness, nervousness, tiredness.

Prempro Drug Reactions

During your treatment with Prempro you should avoid taking:

• St. John's wort;
• carbamazepine (Tegretol, Carbatrol)
• phenobarbital (Solfoton, Luminal);
• ritonavir (Norvir);
• rifampin (Rifater, Rifadin, Rimactane, Rifamate);
• itraconazole (Sporanox);
• ketoconazole (Nizoral);
• antibiotics.
